Raflein started inside WA's largest corporate venture fund, working hands-on with startups, scale-ups, and the entire venture ecosystem. We learned what works by shipping fast, failing fast, and figuring out what actually moves numbers in the most forward-thinking businesses in the country. Two of those companies got acquired. The thing is, most established SMEs don't operate like that. They don't have the luxury of moving that fast or the playbook to know where to start. So we took everything we learned and built a firm around bringing that same energy to businesses that have been running for years but know there's a better way.
