Raflein came out of years inside the venture world, working with startups. We learned by shipping fast and failing fast, which is how you find out what actually works. Most businesses never get that luxury. We bring what we learned there to companies that don't have it, so they can adapt instead of getting left behind.

There was no system for proactively reaching new markets or new verticals across Europe. Raflein built the entire AI email infrastructure from the ground up. Domain strategy, subdomain architecture, DNS configuration, warmup sequencing, deliverability monitoring, the full stack. Then we built the lead sourcing pipeline, identifying and qualifying potential clients across European markets, R&D teams, battery recyclers, semiconductor companies, materials researchers, and more. The system now runs autonomously. Targeted outreach goes out to qualified prospects across multiple European markets. UniversalLab went from having zero outbound capability to having a machine that consistently opens conversations with exactly the kind of companies they want to work with.
